Shipping Method

We offer Standard Ground service within the contiguous United States for your orders from our website. IRIS USA partners with UPS and USPS to ship your packages.
Most of our items are shipped by UPS. The smaller and light weight items are shipped by USPS.

Estimated Delivery

Standard: 5 to 10 business days (Includes 2-3 days for processing and 3 to 7 days for transit)

Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

Sorry, we currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or outside the United States.
Due to the high shipping cost and damage rates during transit, we generally do not ship to these locations. We can ship to these addresses with some restrictions and additional shipping charges. Please contact us for more information.

**Shipping rates are based on the subtotal of your order before taxes, after discounts and special promotions apply. Sales Tax
We are required to collect taxes for orders in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, and Wisconsin.

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy
If you desire to return the product you ordered, please contact us within one week after you receive your order.  Items returned due to the delivery reasons, including, but not limited to, not in on multiple attempts, unclaimed, consumer will be refunded the full shipping cost.  For orders returned due to undeliverable address, unknown person, or refused by any person at the shipping address location, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted for orders $99 and under, and a 15% restocking fee for orders over $100.
Items damaged during shipping / defective upon arrival / wrong item shipped
We will quickly replace or redeliver your order and cover the shipping cost.
Return for personal reasons
(Ex: changed mind, mistake, changing the size/color, customer entered incorrect shipping address, etc.)
Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee in this case.
Original shipping cost is not refunded when the return is for personal reasons.
Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned merchandise.
Warnings on Returns
We will not take returns under the following circumstances:
- If the order was been placed more than 30 days ago
- If the product has been used
- If the customer damaged the product through misuse
Missing/Un-Delivered Packages
Customer must notify IRIS USA, Inc. either by phone or email of missing package. A UPS claim will be submitted and a refund/replacement will not be issued until a decision on the claim is received. UPS may contact the customer for verification purposes. Claim decisions vary between 8-10 business days.

How to Order
Add items to the online shopping cart, and proceed through checkout.  We accept both PayPal and credit cards as payment methods. 
Order status
After your order is completed, we will automatically send an e-mail to your registered e-mail address confirming your order from SHOP IRIS USA.
If you do not receive this e-mail after you place your order, there are strong possibilities that you have either not completed your order, or have provided a wrong e-mail address. In this case, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Canceling after an order is complete
If you desire to cancel or change your order, please contact us during our bussiness hour. An order cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been shipped.
